My father formed The Lewer Agency in 1956 to provide employee benefits insurance and expertise to independent business owners. A set of guiding principles based on ethics and transparency grounded his success, which continues to be a hallmark of our business culture today.

The marketplace for employee benefits has changed over the years, but our core principles of honesty, integrity, and the pursuit of excellence remains the cornerstone of everything we do.

The responsibility of leading our family business and setting the stage for the next generation is an adventure I treasure each day. I’m truly grateful that our next generation has a strong commitment to my father’s vision as we continue to build our legacy with our clients.
