As a third party administrator, The Lewer Agency has been administering self-funded plans for large and small employers across the nation since 1972. Our central claim office in Kansas City is recognized for its excellence in customer service. We specialize in providing benefits for multi-state employers. Our services include: claims processing, plan design, administrative and billing services, cost control procedures, subrogation and recovery. For large employers (over 5,000 employees), we have the ability to create and maintain dedicated claims offices that support a wholly self-funded benefit program for that specific employer. For smaller employers, we offer partially self-funded programs that provide cost savings, yet limit financial risk by utilizing stop loss insurance coverage. ERISA, COBRA and HIPAA Compliance
