Sales Contest
Throughout the year, The Lewer Agency sponsors sales contests including the Founder’s Month Competition and Sales Expedition. The “expedition” is designed to include home office associates which, traditionally, result in enhanced camaraderie between the home office and sales representatives in the field, and a lot of team spirit. The top producer and his or her team in the home office walks away from these contests with some very exciting prizes, ranging from gift certificates, season passports to amusement parks, $1,000 cash bonuses, a cruise, or a first-class ski weekend for two at the Beaver Creek Park Hyatt in Vail, Colorado.
