The Individual and Group Administration Departments support the Lewer Companies by handling new business enrollments, account renewals, premium billing and reconciliation, premium remittance to managed care companies, customer service, benefit and coverage changes. Individuals in this department communicate daily with field agents, in house marketing, insurance members/accounts and designated contacts with managed care companies.
